Dr Scott has been an Expert Witness for the past 15 years, assessing over 200 cases a year. He is an acknowledged expert in the medico-legal field and is joint author with Dr Sembi of ‘Unreliable Assessment in Civil Litigation’ (2002), for the full paper click this link to the British Psychological Society website www.bps.org.uk.

He is also the author of ‘Stress and Compensation A Critical Analysis’ in Occupational Illness Litigation Eds A. McDonald and A. Georges (2003) London: Sweet and Maxwell.
